Aamir Khan recently opened up about his movies before a special screening of his 1988 movie Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak. He spoke to many media personnel while sharing titbits from his theatrical journey. When asked about the movie that he thinks is his best work, Aamir had a clear answer. The actor quipped, “I think Dangal. It was consistent work. There was one shot, I feel I did wrong in the film. You know, Mr Bachchan is so sharp, he caught that shot only. I asked him how he likes the film, he said ‘very good, but ek shot mein aap character se bahaar aa gaye (you were out of character in one shot.)'”
Delving deeper into the conversation he had with Amitabh Bachchan, Aamir noted, “When I asked him which shot, he told me that during the wrestling match, there is one shot, where I stand up and say ‘yes.’ My character can never say ‘yes.’ He would’ve said ‘waah’ or something along those lines. He won’t say ‘yes’, it’s more English. We didn’t catch it on edit. Mujhe bohot feel huwa. There’s one thing in every film that I have done wrong. Nothing is perfect. You all call me perfectionist. There is not one film of mine that is perfect.”
