Jenn Tran is giving roses to her medical patients these days.

The Bachelor Nation alum, who paused her master’s degree in physician assistant/associate studies to appear in the reality TV franchise last year, has returned to school in Florida.

“I actually just went back to P.A. school a couple weeks ago,” Jenn told People in an interview published April 1. “I now live in Miami—just moved back, saw my first few patients the other day back in the hospital. I’m very excited.” 

The 27-year-old—who appeared on Dancing With the Stars in the fall—also noted her return to the Sunshine State has “been incredible,” and she needn’t have worried about her notoriety interfering with her work.

“I was actually really nervous about that,” she continued. “I was like, ‘Oh, what is that gonna be like and how is that gonna affect the provider-patient relationship.’ But the hospitals that I’ve been working at, a lot of them haven’t seen The Bachelor or Bachelorette or Dancing With the Stars.”
