The actress told us, “I worked with Manoj Ji on 3 films. He was a talented writer, director and editor. He had interesting ideas and he understood the pulse of the nation. He was interesting to work with, and I remember him being very cooperative and it was really nice working with him. May his soul rest in peace.”

Manoj Kumar passed away at the age of 87 due to health-related issues. As per news agency ANI, Kumar suffered a cardiogenic shock following an acute myocardial infarction. He was already struggling with decompensated liver cirrhosis. His son was quoted as saying, “It’s the grace of the god that he bid adieu to this world peacefully.”
