Lenny Kravitz Gives Tour of Paris Home

Lenny Kravitz Explains the Real Reason Behind His Controversial Workout Wardrobe (Exclusive)

Lenny Kravitz is flying high in luxury.

The “Fly Away” singer recently offered a look into his stunning mansion in Paris on Architectural Digest’s Open Door series, and his home—an ode to his late mom Roxie Roker—has a perfect balance of brooding rockstar and sentimental glamour.

“This place is called Hotel de Roxie,” Lenny, 60, began the April 15 video, adding his mom, who died from breast cancer in 1995 at age 66, wanted to live in Paris. “She wanted to retire [here] after doing 11 seasons of The Jeffersons, and she never got to do it. But I’m doing it for both of us. This home is a gift.”   His tribute to her continued in his Petit Salon, fittingly called the “Roxie Room.”

The large, brown-toned room has numerous photos of his mom on the wall, each shot secured in a golden frame he sourced from the Louvre Museum in Paris. And when one corner isn’t dedicated to Roxie, the other is filled with collectible items (such as vases and niche art) neatly placed across the room.
