This group is taking pride in their upcoming project.

After all, Emma Corrin and Olivia Colman will star in Netflix’s upcoming Pride and Prejudice adaptation as Elizabeth Bennet and Mrs. Bennet, respectively. As for who will be the Mr. Darcy to Corrin’s Elizabeth? Well, none other than Slow Horses star Jack Lowden.

“Playing Elizabeth Bennet is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity,” Corrin, 29, told Netflix in a statement. “To be able to bring this iconic character to life, alongside Olivia and Jack, with Dolly’s phenomenal scripts, is truly the greatest honor. I can’t wait for a new generation to fall in love with this story all over again.”

The six-part limited series based on Jane Austen’s 1813 novel, is set to be directed by Heartstopper alum Eros Lyn and written by best-selling British author Dolly Alderton.

“Once in a generation, a group of people get to retell this wonderful story,” the Everything I Know About Love author, 36, said. “And I feel very lucky that I get to be a part of it.”
