Mani Ratnam directed O Kadhal Kanmani, starring Dulquer Salmaan and Nithya Menen, turned 10 today. The 2015 Indian Tamil-language romantic drama film is about young lovers who go through a burst of emotions after witnessing the unconditional love of an older couple.

Fans loved the movie for the breezy relationship between the main couple. They also loved the songs, the aesthetic and the lighthearted story. Adi and Tara have been admired by many, who also equally love the Hindi version of the movie, Ok Jaanu.

During her interviews, Nithya Menen opened up about the movie. She noted that the movie is close to her heart. She also shared that Dulquer and she shared a common ground in wanting to avoid overly explicit portrayals of intimacy.
