Shanaya Kapoor is embracing a calm and peaceful Friday, and her latest Instagram post is proof. Setting the tone for the weekend, the actress offered a glimpse into her serene day that is all about sunshine, good coffee and her furry friend.

She sits on a couch and poses for the camera as the sunrays fall on her perfectly, brightening up her look. The actress can be seen wearing loungewear that consists of a navy blue top and white shorts. She cutely smiles for the camera as she sits on the couch with a cup of coffee. Shanaya also shared some adorable photos of her pet dog. She captioned the post, “sunshine and coffee..” Her best friend, actress Ananya Panday commented on her photos saying, “Why are u so happy ??? you haven’t met me in like a month ??” Ananya also jokingly called Shanaya “Lord Farquaad”, who is a ruthless ruler in the Shrek franchise.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Shanaya will be seen in Vrushabha with Mohanlal, Aankhon Ki Gustakhiyan with Vikrant Massey, Tu Ya Main with Adarsh Gourav and Student of the Year 3. Filmfare exclusively reported some time back that she will be playing a double role in SOTY which will be produced as a series.
