Matthew Broderick and Sarah Jessica Parker’s kids may take the day off from acting.
Though the two-time Tony winner and Sex and the City star have established themselves as Hollywood mainstays, their twin daughters Tabitha Hodge and Marion Loretta Elwell, 15, aren’t necessarily concerned with pursuing the family business.
“One of them definitely is not, she says, right now,” Matthew exclusively told E! News at A Night of SeriousFun, a fundraising event hosted by the late Paul Newman’s SeriousFun Children’s Network organization in New York City April 7, “but I don’t think so.”
However, Matthew and Sarah Jessica’s passion for action was passed onto their son James Wilkie, 22, who got to share the screen with the Ferris Bueller’s Day Off star in a February episode of CBS’ Elsbeth. And the 63-year-old couldn’t help but gush about their days on set.
“It was great. We had two days together,” Matthew continued. “It was really fun to hang around the craft service table and eat snacks. He was nervous but he got over that. We had a great couple of days. It was great.” (For more from Matthew and more stars at A Night of SeriousFun, which also marked what would have been Paul’s 100th birthday, tune in to E! News tonight, April 8, at 11 p.m.)
